Our social sustainability seeks to focus on projects on the human welfare and well-being as measured by Social Indicators. The effectiveness of our interventions is measured by the Quality of Life (QoL) of our STARS. This is a subjective tool where we look at the individual physical and emotional needs of each STAR. For example, by ensuring that a STAR gets dialysis, which ensures Quality of Life. Unless the Quality of Life is assured, a STAR could not be empowered to enhance their Standard of Living.
